One of the most versatile pieces of my kit is the Samsung SSD. I’m not a fanboy, simply communicating I use these things a lot in my day to day. There is high level connectivity to the latest iPhone, high speed date management, not to mention the size that make them perfect on location.

I went out with Eilin to make a new set of Headshots for her website.
Location: San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood.
What I used: The only equipment I used was an on camera flash and I had a white bounce card. Her web site, Mira contains pastel colors and a delicate vibe. So I matched the mid-tones, shadows, and highlights to ensure the photos matched the look and feel of the site.
Time of Day: We started at 3pm so the light was good however we had to stick to the shade that the buildings were giving us.

Shot with Canon EOS-R, Canon RF 15-35mm for MVMT and Fabletics. Pre-set used is the “Ebony and Ivory” with little to no other adjustments.

Is 15mm too wide? For some things it is. The challenge with wide angles is keeping your lines straight. I took this bad boy straight out of the box and into the field. I’m going to love this lens.
