Are you ready to take a deep dive into the world of digital advertising? As a Paid Media Intern, you'll do more than just learn the ropes—you'll be directly involved in running real campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. If you're a college sophomore, junior, or senior who loves working with data, solving problems, and exploring the latest marketing trends, this internship offers you the chance to work alongside marketing professionals. You’ll gain hands-on experience, and make a real impact.
What You'll Do:
Assist in setting up and managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and paid social campaigns on LinkedIn.
Help optimize ad performance by monitoring and adjusting bids, keywords, and ad copy
Support audience targeting and ad creation to ensure campaigns reach the right people
Analyze performance data for both search and social campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
Learn about programmatic display advertising and assist in executing and optimizing display campaigns
Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager to align campaigns with overall marketing goals
Assist in creating reports for clients by pulling and analyzing performance data
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid media to contribute fresh ideas

Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
Experience with ADOBE and ADOBE Creative Suite products
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Organized and able to manage time effectively
Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive
